Your retreat package includes:

  • 5 Nights Accommodation in the serene cottage in Klil, an ecological settlement in the lower Galilee mountains

  • All Meals Daily open kitchen breakfasts with local cheeses, eggs, yoghurt and fresh vegetables. Healthy snacks, Wholesome homemade dinners, and an evening outing in Tiberias

  • Transportation: Group shuttle from TLV, return to airport, and all local excursions (Tzfat Shabbat add-on purchased seperately)

  • Experiences: All workshops, concerts, and the Galilee boat tour

    *You are responsible for your own airfare and travel insurance

  • Couples: Private rooms include an "Add Spouse/Partner" add-on for +$800. This brings your per-person cost to the same rate as a shared room — see each listing for details.

  • You can reserve your preferred bed now with a $1,000 deposit.

    How it works:

    In the ‘Room Booking’ page, you can choose a listing called: ‘Reserve My Spot - DEPOSIT’. Add it to your cart, and when you check out you will pay your $1,000 deposit.

    The Deposit Process:

    Holds your spot until 90 days prior to the retreat.

    Let's Chat: Following your deposit, we will book a 1:1 meeting to discuss your specific arrangements and payment plans. (You’ll receive a link to book your 1:1 meeting after sending in your deposit).

    Peace of Mind: Deposits are fully refundable (minus a small service fees) until 90 days prior to the retreat date.

    Between 60 - 90 days there is a 50% refund.

    After this date, deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable.

  • We'll schedule a personal call to get to know you! We want to hear about your harping journey, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to learn. The workshop schedule is intentionally flexible—we'll design the actual classes and activities around all participants' needs and goals after these conversations.

  • Perfect! Simply choose any private room and select the "Spouse Add-On" option when booking. Your partner will enjoy a discounted rate since they won't be participating in harp instruction. They're welcome to join all meals, activities, excursions, and entertainment.

  • Your room covers everything for the 5-night retreat: accommodation, all meals (breakfast bar, snacks throughout the day, and cooked dinners), round-trip group transportation from Tel Aviv, local excursions including a sunset boat tour on the Sea of Galilee, all workshops and classes, evening concerts, and harp instruction from experienced teachers. No hidden costs!

    What’s not included:
    You are responsible for your own travel insurance and airfare.

    Harp rental is at an additional cost.

  • We provide comfortable round-trip transportation from Abraham Hostel in Tel Aviv. We depart Sunday at noon and return Friday. This is included in your room price, so you don't need to arrange anything separately.

    For the Tzfat Shabbat expansion, there will be transportation to a local train station, where you can get a train to the airport. The train stops inside the airport departures area.

  • Absolutely!
    You can book both beds in a shared room.

    Are you a group of 3 friends?
    You can get a great group discount deal and book one of the shared rooms which accommodates 3 people and have a fun shared room experience together.
    Just contact us for a custom group rate pricing.

  • If you don't want to travel with your harp or don't own one yet, we offer harp rentals for the retreat. Simply select the "Harp Rental" add-on when booking your room. This ensures you'll have an instrument available for all workshops and practice sessions throughout the week.

    There will be a mix of small 22-26 string harps, and one or two 34 strings harp available. Harp rentals won’t belong to you during the visit, rather they will need to remain in the ‘Stone House’, the dedicated workshop space.
