Peace of Mind: Deposits are fully refundable (minus service fees) until March 1st. After this date, deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable.
A deposit of $1,000 reserves your selected accommodation, during which a 1:1 consultation will be scheduled to learn more about you and your harp journey, and what your hoping to learn at the retreat so that we can plan the curriculum with you in mind.
The rest of balance is due by October 1st, 2026.
Cancelation and Refunds:
100% refund if you cancel before May 1st.
50% refund if you cancel up to 90 days before your program
No refund if you cancel less than 90 days before your program
You are eligible to transfer your place to someone else on your responsibility
