On Friday when the retreat ends in Klil, well travel to the mystical old city of Safed up in the Galilee mountains.
Shabbat Experience Schedule:
Friday night we’ll go to the synagogue for an uplifting song filled ‘Kabbalat Shabbat’ (Receiving the Shabbat) prayer. Followed by a festive group Shabbat night meal.
Saturday Morning: Guided tour of the historic Safed Synagogues.
Saturday Noon: Kiddush on a scenic rooftop overlooking the Galilee.
Saturday Afternoon: Personal time for rest or local exploration.
Saturday Evening (Motzei Shabbat): Musical Havdallah. A soulful musical transition into the new week followed by a concert with local Tzfat musicians.
Sunday Morning: Farewell Breakfast.
We gather one last time to break bread and share reflections before heading on
Ride to train station for transport to airport or your next destination.
